Myrtle Beach Tornado in July, 2001

On the evening of July 6, 2001 two tornadoes hit North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Many people saw this tornado, and since it was the 4th of July weekend there were 400,000 vacationers in the area, there are quite a few videos of this tornado out there. The twister was said to have topped out at max wind speeds of 157 mph. The total damage this cyclone caused was estimated at upwards of 8,000,000$.
